Please complete the order entry form to initiate the process.

Once received, a link to upload photos will be provided via email within 1 business day. Photos should be uploaded via the link.

Once your photos are received, we will assess your submission and provide you with a quote within 1 business day.

If further detailed are required, we will reach out to you via email before providing the quote.

You will get a chance to review the quote, and to confirm if you are happy to proceed.

Once confirmed, we will then issue an invoice with payment details for the deposit.

Once the order is confirmed, you will be issued an invoice for payment of the deposit. (Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and we accept most major credit cards, debit cards and Apple Pay.)

The deposit is 50% of the quoted price (excluding shipping). Once paid, we will issue a receipt as proof of payment.

You will be issued a production notification via email 2 weeks before production begins.

You may request a refund anytime before the production notification, but will incur a $50 AUD deduction to cover incurred costs such as payment fees and cost of materials ordered.

Once the production notification is issued, you may no longer request a refund of your deposit.

We will begin crafting your beautiful needle felted cat portrait.

We will provide an update once production begins, and when we are nearing completion.

Upon completion, we will send photos and/or videos via email for your approval, with two free minor adjustments available.

Once you are satisfied, the remaining balance is due before shipment.

We will issue an invoice with payment details and will confirm your shipping address and preference.

Your needle felted cat portrait will be carefully packaged, and shipped to your confirmed shipping address via Australia Post. We will provide a tracking number and estimated shipping duration upon shipment.

Please note the artwork will be insured during transit. Please contact us if the artwork is damaged or lost.
