We currently only make needle felted cat portraits, but there may be plans to expand the product range.

We currently only offer frame portraits.

The frame size is 6"x 6" (15cm x 15cm), and the size of the cat is approximately 4"x 5"(10cm (w) x 13 cm (h)).

The production time is approximately 15-25 days, varied by the complexity of the cat (e.g. complex patterns or multiple colours).

Orders will be processed in the sequence of deposit payment. You can find the most current schedule on our order entry page, or on our social media pages.

Please refrain from rushing orders. If there are any special circumstances leading to delays, you will be informed as soon as possible.

The price range is currently between $500 - $700 AUD, depending on the complexity of your project.

Handcrafted items require time and effort. Price, once quoted, is non-negotiable.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and we accept most major credit cards, debit cards and Apple Pay.

A 50% deposit is required upfront to cover ordering of materials and to lock in your project in the schedule. The remaining balance is due after completion of the artwork and before shipment.

The deposit is partially refundable up until production notification (2 weeks prior to production). A $50 AUD deduction will be applied for refunds prior to production notification.

Refunds will not be possible after production notification.

We ship in Australia and internationally via Australia Post from our location in Brisbane, Australia.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and provided as part of the quote.

Upon shipment, a tracking number and estimated shipping duration will be provided.

All items will be insured during shipping, so please let us know if there is any damage or loss during transit. As your artwork is insured, all deliveries will require signature on receipt.

Handcrafted items are not eligible for returns. However, you will have the opportunity to review your item and receive two minor revisions free of charge prior to finalisation and shipping.

Detailed cat photos are required to be submitted with your order entry in order for us to provide a quote.

At a minimum, we require clear photos of the front, top and sides of your cat’s head.
